Andrew Holzmann is a licensed broker with over 20 years of managerial experience. Active in Orange County real estate and property management since the early 1990's he has resided in the communities of Monarch Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Newport Beach and Coto de Caza. An airline pilot and business owner Andrew brings diverse skills honed in these disciplines to every transaction. He is detail oriented, adept at contract negotiations, and successfully navigates the most difficult transactions.
Andrew received his Bachelors degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is active in the Orange County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He has been recognized for excellence in the field as recipient of the President's Circle, Chairman's Circle, and top "100" awards reflecting his performance among the top 100 agents in Orange Counties vast Prudential network for both 2006 and 2007. A commitment to education has led him to obtain the Graduate Realtor (GRI), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations.
An avid golfer Andrew has co-chaired the annual golf tournament fundraiser for his children's school and is a founding member of the Coto de Caza Rotary. His "outside the box" thinking has earned him two United States patents.
