JoAnne DeBlis has resided in Orange County for over 30 years and been active in real estate since 1994. A graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business ISO Program and the AEA/Stanford Executive Institute DeBlis has often been recognized for her professional achievements. She is a recipient of the President's Circle and Chairman's Circle awards and has been recognized by her inclusion in the elite "100" club reflecting her performance among the top 100 agents in Prudential's vast Orange County network. Prior to joining Prudential she was owner and director of a high tech manufacturing company and held positions as C.F.O. and Director of Finance in the private sector.
President of the Newport Beach Sunrise Rotary Club JoAnne also serves on the Executive Board of the UCI Diabetes Center and the Board of Directors of Casa Teresa's Founders Guild. Her business acumen was recognized by her election to the Board of Directors of a professional, non-profit, organization with more than 4,000 members worldwide where she acted as Chair of that entities Corporate Advisory Council. JoAnne's background in technology has led her to receive the eCertification and ePro designations in addition to being a Seniors Real Estate (SRES) and Corporate Relocation Specialist.
A mother of two sons, 22 and 24, JoAnne and her husband reside in Big Canyon. Also having resided in the communities of Promontory Bay, Dover Shores, Harbor View, Newport Coast, Monarch Bay and Rancho Santa Fe, her understanding of the market is unparalleled.
