The Holzmann/DeBlis Team is pleased to announce that renowned Realtor Nancy Goodlad has joined them at Prudential California Realty. Goodlad brings a wealth of experience to the organization with over 27 years representing discerning Clients in Southern California.
A native Californian Nancy grew up in Pasadena near the Huntington Hotel. She attended schools in San Marino and South Pasadena and later Mills College. Shortly after leaving Mills Goodlad joined the diplomatic service as assistant to the Counselor of Public Relations at the U.S. Embassy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She was later appointed director of the U.S. information library in Copacabana.
Nancy's passion for people and real estate led her to receiving her license in 1980. A veteran agent and community activist she has been repeatedly recognized for outstanding performance throughout her career and holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. Former Executive Vice-President of a prominent real estate brokerage her business acumen is widely recognized and she has received honors for the highest listing and sales production.
Nancy and her husband, John, reside in the community of Irvine Terrace in Corona del Mar and have three children and four grandchildren. In addition to her devotion to family she has enjoyed working with a myriad of charitable organizations, including Rotary, the Assistance League, the Soroptimist Club, the American Heart Association, and as past president of the Mothers Club of Kappa Alpha Theta at USC.
